LEARNING OUTCOME

  • Understanding & Observation: Conducting and analysing user interviews to gather both explicit and implicit insights.

  • Designing for Scalability: We developed a range of template-based designs featuring versatile and reusable components, allowing content to be easily updated without requiring designer intervention. Our approach ensured the design was equipped to accommodate future growth seamlessly.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams provided perspective on the development process and nurtured seamless teamwork to deliver well-rounded solutions.

  • Understanding Geographic Differences: Gained insights into how geographic differences shape audience behaviour and expectations, influencing design decisions. Such as in Europe, the postal code appears before the city name, compared to India, where it follows the city name.
